Remarks Aridelus elasmuchae sp. nov., which parasitizes nymphs of a subsocial bug, Elasmucha putoni, is described. Behavioral interactions between the parasitoids and the adult female bugs attending the host nymphs are recorded. The female bugsrespond sharply to the parasitoids and usually drive them from the nymphs, but the parasitoids repeatedly attempt to oviposit into nymphs, walking around the nymphal aggregation. Percentage parasitism in the field population is high.
