Remarks	A new species, Netelia (Toxochiloides) hayashii, is described from Japan Japan. N. (T.) latro (Holmgren) is redscribed. Spcimens recorded as N. (Netelia) orientalis (Cameron) from Japan were re-examined and identifid with either N. (T.) latro or N. (T.) hayashii. So N. (N.) orientalis should be excluded from the Japanese fauna. key to Japanese species of Toxochiloides is also given.
