| Remarks | Stonemyia amamiensis, sp. nov., is described from Amami-Oshima, Japan, It is similar to S. yezoensis, with which it was once confused, and also to S. enokizonoi, but is distinguishable from the lattertwo in the relative sizeos the head and is isolated from them in habitat. |
