Remarks	A new species of the genus Synegia Guenee is described on the basis of the specimens taken from Daisen-Hiruzen Area in Tottori and Okayama Prefectures, Southwest Honshu, Japan. The specific name is given after "Daisen-Hiruzen Area", where the type specimens were obtained.
