| Remarks | One male specimen of a strange Pseudopanolis species was captured in a valley having its source at south-west front of the high mountain range usually called the "Japan Alps" in spring of 1968. The moth is apparently new , as it differs from the well known P. flavimacula (Wileman) (= takao Inaba) and P. heterogyna (O. Bang-Hass) in the bipectinate antenna. It was described in this paper. |
