Remarks	Cobalocephalus mizobei sp. nov. was described based on a male from Iriomote I., Japan, as the second species of the genus. This is easily distinguished from C. gyotokui (Nakane, 1963) by the longer and serrulate mandibles, narrower pronotum, narrower tibiae, and less transverse segments of antennae.
