Remarks	Ceutorhynchus nitidulus (Faust) was recorded for the first time from Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu, Japan. In addition to its distributional records, a diagnosis of C. nitidulus was provided to facilitate the identification of this species. The adults were captured on Cardamine species (Brassicaceae) on many occations in Japan, Korea, and East Russia.
