Remarks	The adults were discovered on the surface of a recently dead Machilus thunbergii tree (Lauraceae) nearby galleries of an undetermined wood-borer in Miyazaki Prefecture and on the trunk of a newly dead S. pseudocamellia tree in Tokyo, Honshu, Japan. The adults emerged from Ardisia sieboldii (Myrsinaceae), Machilus thunbergii and Mallotus japonicus trees (Euphorbiaceae), and a dead Morus australis tree (Moraceae) on Amami-Ôshima Is., the Ryukyus, Japan.
